The 804 is a 33 square meters apartment on the second floor (please note there is no elevator) and very quiet. It can accommodate up to 3 people. The flat overlooks the rooftops and the inner courtyard of the building, so we can assure you of absolute tranquility. It is characterized by a modern décor that joins the pieces of our family’s past.
We consider it the most romantic apartment among all 8: the chosen colors and the paper from parades make this apartment a real gem.
This gem is painted in purple and green and has original 70’s Valentino tiles featuring bunches of violets.

The house consists of a large bedroom with paintings and colors that recall nature, plants and flowers. The classic double bed can be transformed into two single beds. It also features a sofa bed which can comfortably accommodate a third guest as well. The kitchen, thanks to its wallpaper, makes it easy for you to immerse yourself in a birch forest with birds on the branches. Here you can eat and relax in tranquility. The bathroom with a large shower is embellished with some engravings by the famous painter and sculptor Arnaldo Rapparini.

The apartment is equipped with the following amenities: free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, Smart 32” TV (connected to Netflix) and an iron. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an induction hob, a dishwasher, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine and a fridge + freezer. In the bathroom you will find a washing machine, a clothes hanger and a hairdryer.
