The 805 is a 34 square meters apartment on the second floor (without lift) which can accommodate up to 4 people and overlooks a quiet road. It is characterized by a classic décor, combined with modern pieces that make the room pleasant and enjoyable.
In this apartment we wanted to keep the original floor of the 1920s characterized by ancient cements that form white and black flowers on a bordeaux background.
The access door opens onto the living room where you can find a comfortable double sofa bed and a dining area. The front wall features a space that we invite you to use at your leisure: a big chalkboard to write, draw and leave your comments on your stay in our beloved Bologna, a great “toy” for children, who will have fun in total freedom. The wall is framed by old prints depicting the most special palaces in Bologna.

The bedroom has a double bed, transformable into two single beds, and is decorated with an beautiful wallpaper that enriches the environment, a chair for reading, and an old renovated family desk.
Last but not least, the gray bathroom offers paintings and sketches of artists from Bologna and beyond.

The apartment is equipped with the following amenities: free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, smart 32 ” TV (connected to Netflix), iron, microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine and a fridge + freezer. In the bathroom you will find a washing machine, a clothes hanger and a hairdryer.
