The 806 is a 33 square meters apartment on the second floor (without elevator) where we wanted to keep the original floors, typical of the Bolognese houses in the 1920s. The predominant colors are beige and bordeaux, with curtains chosen in particular to make the room warm and cozy, and the antique furniture.

The apartment, which can accommodate up to 4 people, overlooks a quiet street and consists of a small entrance, a large living room with a kitchenette, an antique writing desk and a sofa bed for two people, a bedroom with a king-size bed (which can transform into two single beds), a dresser and a armchair.

The bathroom, painted as the rest of the flat, is enriched by paintings that contain the ancient novice’s paintings of the early 1900s.

In the apartment you will find the following amenities: free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, Smart 32” TV (connected to Netflix) and an iron. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge + freezer. In the bathroom you will find a washing machine and a hairdryer.
