The 808 has been completely renovated. It is an apartment of about 31 square meters and is located on the third floor (without elevator).

The terrace, full of plants and flowers, is mirrored by a “green” room with natural furnishings and a wall decorated with large papyrus leaves recalling a jungle. A collection of antique frames completes the bedroom furniture. In the room, there is a map of Italy above the sofa which blends with the modern artwork that surrounds it.

It is equipped with all necessary amenities. It consists of a bedroom, a large lounge with a comfortable sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a microwave oven, an induction plate, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a fridge + freezer, and a Nespresso machine.
To complete the apartment , there is a terrace, where you can have breakfast, relax in absolute tranquility or sunbath in the red roofs of Bologna. It can accommodate up to 4 people.

In addition to free Wi-Fi and air conditioning, the 808 has a Smart TV connected to Netflix.
In the bedroom you can choose between double bed or single beds.
